In-App Help Documentation

This training module walks users through accessing the "help" pages within the BIGapp to learn more about it's various features, results descriptions and how to cite if using BIGapp for publications.

The "Help" section is easily located from the left hand menu anywhere within the BIGapp. Click on "Help" to open.

Click on the "+" button on the right hand side of the selection to view more information. In this first example, a user can learn more about GWAS analysis.

In the GWAS section, users can learn more about parameters descriptions, results and how to cite BIGapp usage for publications by clicking on each tab.\ In this screenshot, the parameters description is shown.

By clicking on the results description tab, you can see more information about BIC plot, BIC table, etc.

In the "How to cite" tab, you can see the citation to use for analysis done in this section.
