How To Raise A Purchase Order In Tillex
This guide explains how to raise a purchase order in Tillex when stock levels are low.

In the Tillex Partner Center, select "Inventory".

Select a Parent Category - for example Nuts + Seeds

Click "Locations"

Set a 'Reorder Point' for example 500g. Click Save. ***This means ALL the items listed in this PARENT category will activate a notification once stock levels reach 500g***

If you prefer... set the Reorder level at 'Child' (individual skus). Save.
Tip! Some leave the 'Reorder Quantity' blank... competing that when raising a PO.

Next click "Schedule"

TIP: Ensure you have an initial 'Stock Take' logged before raising a PO.

Click the "Purchase" icon (far right hand side).

Start typing your Supplier's name (in the supplier field). If not registered, hit the plus button to add them. Complete all fields, including 'Your Reference' and 'Date/Time'.

Then... simply click the 'Rev Counter' icon.

Tillex auto-generates a PO for the stock you set at 'Reorder Point'. Click Save.

Note: You can also order by sku, category or supplier *(the 'Rev Counter' icon is just incredibly time saving)*

Purchase Orders are shown in PINK. Tillex auto-generates a YELLOW Delivery note (ready for stock to be booked in). Simply edit the date when it arrives.
