How To Register Your Device As A Tillex Epos Terminal

Tillex runs on Cloud technology and allows unlimited devices. This guide explains how to register a device as a Tillex EPOS terminal, helping you set up your system quickly and efficiently.

In the Tillex Partner Center, select "EPOS".

Click "Register new Terminal" and give the device a name / description (if the device is ever repaired, you can reconnect to the same Terminal when it's returned). Click "Register Terminal".

Click "Open Terminal".

Add the required FLOAT.

Click "Open Terminal".

The Tillex EPOS Menu includes the following: - X-Report: view the amount of money currently in the till. - Close Terminal: perform end-of-day closure for accounting. - Partner Center: return to the main Tillex platform - Online Store: quick access to your website - Sign Out: log out of the terminal - Issue Credit: issue credit

Click on each tab at the top right hand side of the screen to operate: - Face to Face (Till) sales - Find - Open Orders

NOTE: Icons in the bottom-right corner of the screen help you monitor system status and identify issues: - Heart = monitors your device performance and internet connection - Scanner = detects barcode scanner + keyboard activity - Server = tracks real time order updates from the Tillex servers - Connectivity = shows internet connection status + Tillex communication success - Version = confirms latest version of Tillex installed - Data = displays configuration + catalogue data loaded on the Terminal - Printer = indicates connection + status

Remember to close your Terminal at the end of the day (if you don't, Tillex will be unable to complete the daily cash-up process).
