Navigate to <https://app.servusconnect.com/app> and click "Properties".

Select the desired property you want for the Resident Report.

Select the "Residents" tab.

Click "Export Resident Report"

Once that is selected on the top right of your screen it will show that it was downloaded. Go ahead and click on the download.

In Excel sheet click the half box between A and 1.

Double click the in between line to expand information.

Select "Data"

Select "Filter"

In each column there will be a drop down box icon.

Select drop down box icon in column you would like to filter. We are selecting "phone_opted_in" filter. Select or deselect what filter you would or wouldn't like.

Select "Ok". I have filtered to "FALSE" and now it shows me only residents that are in "FALSE" standings. These are residents that have not opted-in to receiving text messages from NetVendor.
