Viewing Inspection Submission (Desktop)

This guide walks users through each step, ensuring they can easily navigate to view findings, resolve issues, and download reports for distribution or printing.

Servusconnect

Navigate to <https://app.servusconnect.com/app>Once here log into the platform using your credentials and your companies designated method.

Once logged in it will automatically have you at the dashboard. From there select the "Inspections" tab.

The first tab that will pop up is submissions. Scroll down and select any inspection you wish.

Once the the inspection is selected, it will automatically have the findings tab pulled up. Scroll down to see the findings for the inspection.

Select "Report" to see the report.

In the report you can see all that is in good standing and all that turned into findings. \ You can also resolve all findings that have not been resolved. By selecting "RESOLVE ALL FINDINGS".

Once "RESOLVE ALL FINDINGS" is selected it will have 2 options either "REJECT RESOLUTIONS" or "APPROVE RESOLUTIONS". If this tool is needed select whatever applies. (Please ensure all findings are resolved before clicking "APPROVE RESOLUTIONS")

You can also download the report by clicking "DOWNLOAD PDF". This will help if you need to send the report anyone or print it out.
