Click "Selection Inbox"

Click "PENDING" next to the Employee you are scheduling the test for

Click "ADD" to order the drug screen

Click "ADD" to order the Breath Alcohol Test (If selected)

Click "CONFIRM"

Click "NEXT"

Click "FIND CLINIC"

Type in "City and State" or "Zip" code required

Click search icon.

Filter the collection site based on Tiers (Tier1 is the cheapest, then Tier2, etc)

Click "SELECT SITE"

Click "SUBMIT"

Text, email or print the Authorization Form

Have the employee go to the selected site and present the barcode
