In the editing view of a page, discussion, assignment, etc., click the red "QuickStart Wizard" button to the right of the title field.

The Quick Start Wizard will open in a new pop-up window. Select either "Templates" or "Blocks" in the QuickStart Wizard to find templated content to use.

Expand the NC State Branded template list by clikcing the "plus" button on the right side of that category.
