You should always check the catalog to see if we have access to a book electronically or through the Walsh Library, the main campus library of Seton Hall University. You can search the catalog here: <https://law.shu.edu/rodino-center/index.html>
2
[[Type or copy/paste the book title into the search box]]

4
Our catalog defaults to showing you only items available through our institution (this includes Walsh Library on SHU main campus) - if you don't see the item you need in the results, you can remove this filter
5
Click "Available at My Institution" to remove this filter
6
Click "Apply"
7
If you find the title, but it is not available through any Seton Hall libraries, you will see a link to "Request through interlibrary loan"
8
This will take you to our Interlibrary Loan platform, Rapido. You should click "Sign in" to see your options for requesting the item. Sign in using your SHU username and password.
9
If you only need a few pages or a chapter, you may be able to get it sent electronically
10
Fill out the form. Make sure you provide as much information as possible
11
You may also have the option to borrow the entire book
12
Fill out the form. Note that the pickup location defaults to the Walsh Library on main campus
13
Make sure to change this to "Law Library"
14
You can check the status of your requests in the upper right corner
15
Click "My Requests"
16
You can also go directly to Rapido to search: <https://setonh.rapido.exlibrisgroup.com/discovery/search?vid=01SHU_INST:RAPIDO_SHL>
17
Make sure to "Sign in" to see all available borrowing options. Sign in using your SHU username and password. You will receive an email when the book arrives at the Law Library.
