You can use this guide to help you customize default report settings.

Click on the menu icon, then select **''Settings''**

Ensure the **"Broad Search"** toggle is turned ON.
Show Quote Hardware List

Search for **''show image''**

Click **"Show Quote Hardware List"**

This setting determines whether a hardware list (including product images) is displayed on the quote report for your customers. See the image below for an example of a hardware list on a quote report.

Click on the **''Site Value''** dropdown and select an option from the dropdown: - Prompt User *(To show a prompt upon requesting to preview or print the quote)* - Show *(To always show hardware list and images on the quote)* - Hide *(To always hide hardware list and images on the quote)*
Show Product Images on Hardware Report

This setting determines whether product images are displayed on the Hardware List report. See the image below for an example of a Hardware List showing product images.

Tax Settings

*(Optional)* In the **''Site Value''** field, enter an alternative name for tax (i.e. VAT, GST) - this is how tax will be displayed on reports.
