Configuring FisherLink Appointment and Calendar Settings

Learn how to sync your Outlook calendar with FisherLink and configure your appointment location settings. This guide simplifies the integration process to help you manage your availability and student meetings effectively.

Outlook Calendar Sharing

On your Outlook calendar, click the "More" icon in the navigation bar.

Select "Share" from the dropdown menu.

Add [starfish@sjfc.edu](mailto:starfish@sjfc.edu) to the calendar sharing permissions and set the access level to "Can view all details".

FisherLink Integration

Navigate to "Appointment Preferences" via the FisherLink navigation menu and user options.

Check the boxes, "Appointment Change" and "Allow FisherLink to read busy times from my Outlook Calendar".

Meeting Location Management

Click "Add Location" within the "My Locations" section.

Select "Office" as the location type, enter the name and instructions, and click "ADD LOCATION".

Click "Add Location" to add a second meeting option.

Create an "Online" location by entering the meeting URL and clicking "ADD LOCATION".
