048 Uploading Off-The-Job Hours for APEP and DTS

This guide provides a step-by-step process for uploading Off-The-Job hours for APEP and DTS, using the WMG template or you own log for term 2. This task should be completed as soon as possible

Aptem

In Aptem navigate to your learning plan.

Select the OTJ RECORD component for the current term - ie Year 1 - term 2, which you will be submitting.

Click "Upload File"

In the "Details" tab, choose the evidence type, this is usually 'other'.

Select the completion date. This should be the last day that is recorded on your OTJ hours spreadsheet.

Enter the total number of OTJ hours that you are submitting for the term, including the teaching hours (in the green rows on your spreadsheet), form term 2 the planned hours are 132.

Click "Off the Job Hours Type".

Select from the dropdown "This work was completed during paid working hours"

Click "Select file..."

Click "Select criteria" to mark off the KSB's that the OTJ hours relate to.

Click here for a dropdown for each of the Behaviours, Knowledge and Skills, you have to do each KSB individually.

Click in the checkbox for each of the KSB's

Click "Save"
