Once you have logged in, select the menu icon (three horizontal lines) to open the navigation panel.

Once the menu is open, select the 'Onboarding' tab from the navigation panel.

Once in the onboarding section click on step 7 'Personal Learning Record'.

Your personal learning record will already be populated with the information you provided during your application (these will show as 'manual'). Your admissions team may have also pulled some qualifications through from the Learning Record Service (these will show as 'imported').

Amending your predicted grades

If you entered your predicted grades when you applied and you now have your results, you can amend them.

Choose the qualification you wish to amend and click on the three dots at the end of the entry.

Click "Edit"

Choose your new grade.

Click "Select file..."

Choose the file from your device containing your certificate, slip or screenshot of one of these to upload as evidence for your grade.

Click "Save"

Repeat for the next qualification.

If you achieved your predicted grade, you can leave it as it is. Once all amendments have been made, click "Next".

Adding new qualifications to your PLR

Click on the '+Add' button.

This window will pop up for you to populate with your new results.

Click 'Qualification type\*' and select your qualification.

Click the 'Place of Study\*' field and fill this in.

Choose the 'Subject' from the drop-down list, or select 'Other' if it is not included there.

If 'Other', type the subject in the box.

Select the level of your qualification. A-levels and their equivalents are Level 3.

Populate the "Award date\*" field, either by using the calendar or by typing the date. Use the date that you received your results, if not stated on the certificate/slip.

Click on the 'Grade\*' field and select your grade.

Click "Select file..." to add evidence of the qualification to Aptem, i.e. certificate or results slip.

Click 'Save' and repeat the process to add any further qualifications.

Once you have uploaded all of your results, click on 'Next' to complete the section, then please send an email to the SOE resource account at [eng.apprenticeships@warwick.ac.uk](mailto:eng.apprenticeships@warwick.ac.uk) to review your grades and process your application.
