Add a Copy of a Note to Linked Divisions

You now have the ability to add a note to multiple jobs that are linked together at the same time. If you have a job with multiple divisions and want to add a note to all divisions, it is now possible with this new feature!

Click the plus icon to launch the quick add options

Choose the note option from quick add

Select a job that has multiple divisions

You will now see an option to add the note to one or all of the divisions for that job

Select add new note on the job level

If the job has multiple divisions, you will now have the option to apply the note to one or all divisions associated to that job
