VIP Option for Customers and Contacts in DASH

Ahead of the new DASH Homepage (preview and exclusive early Beta at Intrconnect 2026), we’re introducing VIP Contacts—a new way to flag important individuals or companies during job creation or directly from the Contact Manager. This initial release focuses on introducing the abilty, with upcoming enhancements planned to add a VIP column in the Contact Manager, display VIP status on the Job Slideboard, and introduce security controls to manage who can assign VIP status.

When creating a job in DASH,

You now have the option to flag the contact created as a VIP

When you launch the Individual Contact Manager

And add or edit an individual

You now have the option to flag the contact created as a VIP or update an existing contact to a VIP

When you launch the Company Contact Manager

And add or edit an company

You now have the option to flag the contact created as a VIP or update an existing contact to a VIP
