Completing Required Registration Forms

Powerschool

Click "Forms"

Under the Enrollment Tab, click "Form A: Student Demographics" to start filling out required information.

Complete all the required fields and click "Submit" at the bottom of each form. You will automatically be sent to the next form in the process.

Completed forms (with no errors) will give you a green check mark pop up, Click "OK" and you will be sent to the next form.

If you would like to upload the requested documents: - Click the blue Upload button - Click Browse to find the desired file - Click green Upload button

You can view the status of your forms by navigating back to forms on the left hand side. Some of our forms require Approval from the Registrar. All forms must have a green check to complete the registration process. ***New Students:*** Must complete all forms. ***Returning Students:*** Must complete Annual Student Registration Form and the Transportation Survey.
