Completing the Annual Student Registration Form

This guide provides a walkthrough for parents and guardians to update student information through the PowerSchool portal. Follow these steps to efficiently navigate the annual registration process and ensure your student's school records are current.

Powerschool

Click on "Annual Student Registration"

Confirming Physical Address

If your address did not change, please select Yes and move on to Student Contacts. If you have an address change, you will be required to provide new Proof of Residency documents. There is an option to upload them directly in the form or take the physical document to your student's school.

Student Contacts

To add a new Emergency Contact, click "Add" above the contact bubbles. To change the order of contacts, use the "Reorder Contacts" button. Legal parents/guardians should always be before emergency contacts. Parents/guardians do not have to be added as emergency contacts because they will always be contacted before someone designated as an emergency contact.

After clicking "Add," complete all of the required fields in the pop up window.

Once all required fields are filed in, click "Add" in the bottom right and a new contact bubble will be added.

Use the "Pencil" on a contact bubble to edit the contact's information or add additional information to the contact.

Health Care Updates

If your student, has no changes to their health care, select "No" If your student, has changes to their health care, please select "Yes." Once oyu submit the form, the school nurse will be notified your student has changes and they will reach out to you.

Click "Submit" to complete Annual Student Registration and you will be directed to the Transportation Request Form.
