If VCOE gives instructions to run in prior year first, run in prior year for summative results. To Switch Tracks, select File. Click "Switch School/Track" Click the "All" field. Click "California Isles Unified SD (T FUSD 22/23)" Click this button field.

Click on Menu

Click "System"

Click "Process Manager"

Click "Data Extracts"

Click this dropdown and select VCOE-EngLearn

Click "Update EL Status ELPAC - Initial" after import of Initial ELPAC test results and "Update EL Status ELPAC - Summative" after import of Summative ELPAC test results.

The Report Only Checkbox is flagged by default. To review data changes, Click Run Process with the flag set. The make changes to production, Unflag Report Only and click Run Process.

Click Run Process to process changes.

After import of Summative tests, run the Summative process.
