The UC Transfer Admission Planner (UC TAP) is an essential online tool for California community college students aspiring to transfer, particularly those seeking a Transfer Admission Guarantee (TAG) with six UC campuses. This tool allows students to enter completed and planned coursework, facilitating progress tracking towards meeting UC requirements and enabling UC staff to share important updates.
The CCCP Scholars Program is a year-long UC Transfer Prep Program from Summer 2026 through Spring 2027 which aims to motivate, inform and prepare California community college students to transfer to selective top-tier research universities such as UCLA. CCCP Scholars apply for and participate in one of four Summer Experiences.
