Submitting a Session Idea for ISA Sign Expo

Learn the step-by-step process for submitting your session proposal through the Sessionboard portal. This guide covers everything from account login and entering session details to uploading speaker information and final submission.

Sessionboard

Open the submission page and click "Continue".

If you are a returning speaker, login to your account and click "Continue".

If you are a new speaker, create your account and click "Continue". To create an account: - Enter your email - Create a password - Enter your first and last name - Click the check box to agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy - Click "Create account"

Once you're logged in, click "Start submission".

Enter all of the required session information fields.

Then click "Next step".

Enter all of the required speaker information fields.

If you have another speaker on your session idea, click "Add +" and fill out the required speaker information fields for each additional speaker.

If you have another contact that you would like to receive communications about your session, click "Add Secondary Contact" and fill out the required information fields.

Click "Continue to review".

Review your session submission and ensure all of the information is accurate. If you want to come back to it later, click "Save as draft".

If you are ready to submit your session submission, click "Submit".

If you want to view your session submission and your submission status, click "Continue to portal".

You can view and edit your session submission as well as view your submission status in your speaker portal.
