Adding Contacts from SalesNav

This guide shows how to quickly import LinkedIn Sales Navigator leads into Centralize while ensuring they map to the correct account. It explains using filters to target contacts from a single company, how to select contacts individually or in bulk via SalesNav or the Chrome extension, and reminds you to repeat selections for multiple pages. Follow the final step to assign the proper Account and complete the sync.

Click into Leads and then specify which company you are searching for. You can add additional filters to find the contacts you would like to bring into Centralize. Note: the leads need to be from one company because they need to map back to one specific account in Centralize.

Click the Centralize icon to open the Chrome extension.

You can add contacts one by one either by clicking on the check box by their name in SalesNav or from the Chrome Extension.

You can also select all contacts on the page that you are on by selecting all within SalesNav or within the Chrome Extension Note: if there are multiple pages of contacts, you will need to select all contacts per page.

To wrap up - specify which Account the contacts should map to and sync them to the map.
