Student Billing Refresh-Student Reference Guide

This document guides students in refreshing their accounts to reflect the most current financial information, eliminating delays caused by waiting for the overnight billing processes. This only updates student accounting information, not the student's financial aid details.

Workday

Tip! If you have have activity that will change your account balance such as a registration, drop, or payment, unless you complete the refresh process, you will not see those changes until the next business day.

From your Workday account home page, the click "MENU"

From the Apps tab, click "Finances"

Note that the account say "Not Up To Date". To update, will click "View Details"

From the Account Summary page, the click "Refresh Account". Then click "OK"

You should immediately see the new account balance information reflected on your record.
