How Do I Migrate My Drafts?

This guide walks you through how to migrate your projects into Catina. It covers key steps, what to expect if you have a large project, and what to do if drafts don’t show up right away. Follow these steps to ensure a smooth transition.

Access the Migrated Projects Page

Navigate to Catina to view your available ACD5 projects eligible for migration.

View the Migrated Projects Table

After clicking “Migrated Projects,” you’ll see a table with four columns: - ACD Name (Project Name) - Migrated Attempts - Migrated By - Last Migrated

Start the Migration Process

Click **Migrate Project** next to the project you wish to import into Catina. You will be prompted to confirm before the migration begins. If a project was already migrated and changes occurred in ACD5, you may see a **Re-Migrate** option instead.

Complete Confirmation and Trigger Migration

After confirming the migration, click **Continue** to proceed. The system will begin migrating your Project (with drafts) into Catina. If a project was already migrated, you may see a **Re-Migrate** option instead.

Access Your Project in Catina

You will see a notification down at the bottom letting you know it was successful (or failed).

Important Note for Large Projects For large projects with many drafts, there may be a short delay before all drafts appear. You may be able to access the project, but not immediately see the migrated content. If this occurs, please wait a few moments and refresh the page—the system is still processing your drafts in the background.
