How to Integrate Alertus with Triton Cloud

Learn how to configure the Alertus integration within the Triton Cloud platform. This guide walks you through setting up preset alerts and performing a successful system test to ensure your environment is fully monitored.

Integration Selection

Navigate to the Integrations section.

Make sure you have the triggers you want to send alerts for saved here.

Locate the Alertus integration card in the overview.

Click this text field.

Retrieve Preset Alert Data from Alertus

Navigate to 'Preset Alerts' in the Alertus Console.

Integration Configuration

Enter the Public IP / Hostname of your alertus console. You do not need to add the protocol(https/http) in the Hostname field.

Enter your Port number.

Enter the Username you use to log into alertus console.

Set the Priority number. This should be based on your preset alert section.

Set the Duration you want to alert to go off in alertus console.

Get the Preset Id from Alertus Console.

Enter the Preset ID for the selected device.

Click 'Save' to store the integration settings.

Integration Testing

Click 'Run Test' to initiate an integration test.

Select the device you wish to test from the dropdown.

Select 'Vape' as the Trigger metric for the test.

Click "Run Test"

Make sure you get a success notification here.

Alert Validation

Switch to tab Preset Alerts tab

Open the 'Active Alerts' panel at the bottom of the screen.

Verify that the 'Vape' trigger is displayed in the Active Alerts list.
