How to Find a Gift Card by Check Number

Navigate to [https://www.toasttab.com/restaurants/admin/home](https://www.toasttab.com/restaurants/admin/home)

Click "Refund check"

Click the "Check Number" field. Type in whatever the check number is. If you don't have the check number, you can also search by the last 4 digits of the credit card used for the purchase.

Find the check date and then click "Search"

When the check is located, click the blue link that says "#XXX (Closed)"

Scroll down to find where the gift card item is listed on the check, then click the grey bar where it says "eGift Card"

A new screen will pop up to show you the gift card details. You can click the blue "View" link to open the gift card link in a new window. You can also right-click "View" and copy the link directly without having to open it.
