Guide to claim certificates for learners on a course

Navigate to [https://centrehub.creatiogreen.com/](https://centrehub.creatiogreen.com/)

Once logged in - from the top menu select "Courses"

From the course bookings list, select the course you wish to claim certificates for and click on it to open

If the course you have opened is showing in the main information section an amber text line saying 'Booking locked for registrations.....' then it is ready for learners to have certificate claims made. (If not you will need to click the button 'Submit final registrations'). Select to open the section 'Learner Registrations and Certificates'

Click "grading view"

The 'Grading view' section shows each learner, for each learner that has completed the course and requires a certificate, you click the button 'Pass' and it will turn green. If all your learners have passed then you can select 'apply passing grade to all' to select them all.

Then scroll back to the top of the page and Click "Save changes"

The claims will be validated and then Click "close"

Then go back to the top of the form and select "back to learners"

Click "Return to form overview"

Once all required learners are saved/ claimed, you must click this button to "Submit certificate claims" back to Leadership Skills Foundation for approval.

This will transfer the form back to us and inform you that a QA review is likely required for us to release certificates for you to download.

To view/ review progress of this and other courses in Centre hub, under 'Courses' click "advanced search"

As the course has been returned to us for processing, it is no longer in your 'own org' control, so you need to select 'Both' to show all your courses Click "Search bookings"

This will again show your course(s) on the stage "Certificates requested by centre" and you can still open and review if required. Otherwise, we will notify you when certificates have been released to you.
