How to bulk add teacher accounts

A guide for teachers to bulk import other teachers at their school onto The Careers Department. This feature is only available to teachers that have Administrator level access.

Navigate to [https://app.thecareersdepartment.com/#/dashboard](https://app.thecareersdepartment.com/#/dashboard)

Click "Users"

Click "Teachers"

Click "BULK IMPORT" when you have more than 1 or 2 teachers to create accounts for in the system.

Click "DOWNLOAD SAMPLE FILE" - This will download an excel template. You Will need to keep the exact same columns and headings in order for the excel to be accepted when uploaded back into the program when populated. In the excel, for access level the majority of teachers will be 'managers'. Please also write 'Yes' or 'No' if you would like to subscribe your teachers to our newsletter.

Click this file field to upload your completed excel file back into the platform.

Click "IMPORT TEACHERS" - Once you have clicked this button, you will see a blue bar at the top saying that your upload is in process. Once you have completed this task, teachers will receive a 'Welcome email' where they can create their accounts.
