Navigate to [https://access.cloud.commerce.tn.gov/portal/public](https://access.cloud.commerce.tn.gov/portal/public)

Click "Sign In"

If you have not created or updated your account since June 2023, Click "Create An Account"

Enter your information in the fields.

Enter an email that is outside of your real estate emails in "Recovery Email" field.

Click "Register"

Enter your information into the "Username" field.

Click "Sign In"

Click "Link License or Permit" if you do not see your license in the renewal option.

Click the "Board" field.

Click "Real Estate"

Click here.

Click "Real Estate Broker/Affiliate/Timeshare Sales"

Click "Next"

Click "Last Name, SSN, Date Of Birth"

Click "Next"

Enter your info in the "Last Name \*" field.

Enter your info in the "SSN \*" field.

Enter your info in the "SSN (confirm) \*" field.

Enter your info in the "Date Of Birth \*" field.

Click "Next"

Click "Finish"

If your license does not appear, it may be linked to another login or not available. \ \ EMAIL [trec.info@tn.gov](http://trec.tdic.gov) for further assistance to link your license before you proceed.

Click "Home"

To find your state licenses, click this image.

Here you will see your licenses.

Click the arrow to go back to previous screen.

Click this image to "RENEW"

Click "Select"

Read the information, and Click "Next"

Click "Next"

Verify your information and Click "Next"

Answer the question.

Click "Next"

Click the "I understand and acknowledge my Continuing Education Status." field.

Click "Next"

Your license will show which firms you are linked to. Confirm, and Click "Next"

Click "Finish"

Click the "I certify that this is my license/registration number, that I am the person renewing this license/registration, OR, that I am duly authorized to renew this license/registration on behalf of the firm or entity having this license/registration number, and that all the information contained herein is true and accurate. *" field.

Click "Submit"

Click "Pay Now"

Click this checkbox.

Click "Next"

Select a Payment Type

Click "Next"

Enter your info in the "Card Number \*" field.

Click "Finish"

Save your tracking number, and Click "Return to Dashboard"
