Activity Timeline

This guide provides a guide to accessing the Activity Timeline (Event Log) within the WordSynk Client Portal.

Navigate to <https://portal-uk.wordsynk.com/>

Click on any existing booking to open it

Scroll down until you see the 'Activity Timeline' section on the right. This shows a complete auditable log of every action on the booking. You can click on 'View All' to see the full list.

The full Activity Timeline will open in an overlay. You can also export the log by clicking the 'Export Log' button.
