Calendar View

This guide provides a step-by-step process for navigating the calendar view on the WordSynk portal, making it easy for users to view the appointments in a Calendar format.

Wordsynk

Navigate to <https://portal-uk.wordsynk.com/>

Click "Calendar" Under Bookings dropdown

Click the "Search Business Unit" field.

Type the name of Business Unit you want to view the appointments for

Click on the Business Unit

Click the "Select Month & Year" field.

Select the month & year

Click "Apply"

Appointment Selection

To view the appointments for a specific day, click on the **Date**

Click "Day"

To view the high level details of the appointment, **click** on the appointment

The appointment's high level detail will appear.

You can view the appointment details by clicking on the MJA reference (hyperlink).

An appointment colour coding legend is available

Click **Month** to view the appointment(s) in a Calendar view

Click Status dropdown to filter appointments with specific status.

Don't forget to click Apply, if you make changes to the Calendar filters.

If more than 2 appointments are scheduled for the day, the number of additional appointments will be displayed (+X more). Click (+X) to view all appointment scheduled for respective date.
