How To Access Interpreter Information In WordSynk

Once your booking has been sourced, you can view additional information about the interpreter assigned to your booking using the Interpreter Summary option.

Navigate to the **Appointments** list, or search for a booking using the appointment number. Once you have located the booking, select the **Appointment Number** or **View Details** link to open the booking summary page.

In the booking summary page, locate the **Interpreter Details** section on the right-hand side to view information about the assigned language professional.

Click another requirement (MJR) from the dropdown list if you wish to see interpreter details for a different requirement.

The **Interpreter Details** section is only available once an interpreter has been assigned to the booking. If no interpreter has been assigned, the section will appear greyed out.
