How to Cancel a Booking in WordSynk

Follow this guide to learn how to locate a specific booking in the Wordsynk portal and cancel it if the appointment is no longer required. These steps will ensure your booking status is updated correctly in the system.

Navigate to [https://portal-uk.wordsynk.com/bookings](https://portal-qa2.wordsynk.com/bookings)

Locate the Booking you wish to cancel

Search for the booking reference and press Enter.

Click on View Details for the relevant booking.

Cancel Appointment

Click this icon.

Open the cancellation reason dropdown.

Select the appropriate reason

Click "Cancel" to confirm

The *Appointment Cancelled* message confirms that the cancellation has been completed successfully.
