How to Create a Multiday Booking in WordSynk

This guide explains how to create a Multiday Booking in WordSynk. Multiday bookings allow users to schedule appointments across multiple dates within a single booking requirement.

Navigate to [https://portal-uk.wordsynk.com/](https://portal-qa2.wordsynk.com/)

Create a New Master Booking

Click "Create Master Booking"

Click the "Business Unit" field to select the relevant Business Unit for the booking.

Click the "Requested By" field to select the user who has requested the booking.

Click "Create Booking"

Enter Booking Details

On the Booking details screen, enter all the booking details into the fields displayed on the screen, including Service Type, Appointment Type, Languages, Priority, Sensitive Subject Matter, and Complexity. Ensure all mandatory fields marked with an asterisk (\*) are completed before proceeding.

Click "Next"

WordSynk will automatically populate the default address which is set for the selected business unit.

Click "Next"

Click "Add Appointment"

Select the required date range and appointment time. Multiple dates can be selected within the date range; however, the system will create a separate appointment for each selected day.

Enter all mandatory fields in the Onsite Contact section, including the Contact Name and Contact Number. If the onsite contact is not listed in the system, select Contact not listed/registered and manually enter the contact details. Additionally, specify the notification email addresses for individuals who should receive booking updates.

Click "Next"

Enter any relevant instructions or requirements for the interpreter and specify preferred or excluded interpreters and gender preferences as required.

Click "Next"

Complete all mandatory fields in the Booking Reference section. Enter the required case or booking reference number and provide any additional booking information, such as the number of headsets required, where applicable.

Click "Preview"

Click "Create Booking"

Select the required date range and appointment time. Multiple dates can be selected within the date range; however, the system will create a separate appointment for each selected day.

Click "Next"

Contacts and Review

Click the "Select Contact" field.

Click "Next"

Populate the mandatory Case / booking reference field

Click "Preview"

After reviewing the appointment preview, click Create Booking to finalise the booking.

The system will create a single requirement containing separate appointment entries for each selected date. All appointments associated with the multi-day booking will be displayed under the same requirement for easy tracking and management.
