This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to resolve a dispute between the interpreter and the client user regarding the actual duration of an appointment.

A dispute is created when the actual times submitted by the language professional do not match the times submitted by the client user.

Resolving a Dispute when the Client User's Actual Times do not match the Language Professional's Actual Times

After locating your appointment number, please click on "View Details".

Click on Dispute for the selected appointment.

Click Submit New Timesheets in the Dispute dialog along with the "Reason for Lateness" and click on "Submit New Timesheets"

After submitting the timesheet, a "Timesheet Successfully Submitted" message will appear to confirm that the submission was successful.

Resolving a Dispute when the Client User's Actual Times match the Language Professional's Actual Times

Select the required appointment by clicking the Appointment Reference.

Click Dispute for the selected appointment.

Open the Dispute timesheet dialog.

If you are satisfied with the interpreter's submitted times, enter the same start and end times under the Client Timesheet and click Update Times.*

Select an appropriate option from the "Reason for Lateness" dropdown list.

Click "Submit New Timesheets".

A "Timesheet Successfully Submitted" confirmation message will be displayed, indicating that the timesheet has been submitted successfully.
