Submit the Actual Appointment Duration

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to submit the actual duration for appointments in WordSynk.

Wordsynk

Click **Dashboard**.

In the **Timesheet Submission** panel, click **View**.

Click **Clear All** to remove any active date filters and display all appointments that require timesheet submission.

Locate the required appointment and select either the **Appointment Number** or **View Details** to open the booking summary page.

The booking summary page will open with the selected appointment expanded. Click **Submit Timesheet**.

The **Submit Timesheet** pop-up window will appear. Click the **Timesheet Submission** icon.

Review the start and end times and make any necessary adjustments. Click **Update Times** to save your changes.

Click **Submit New Timesheets** to submit the timesheet. A confirmation message will be displayed once the submission is successful.
