Using the PaperCut Chrome Printer

This guide shows you how to add the PaperCut Printer directly to Chrome. This printer comes via a simple extension and enables you to print from any Chrome browser (including Chromebooks) without installing any software.

Add Extension

Navigate to the [PaperCut Hive extension](https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/papercut-hive/pdlopiakikhioinbeibaachakgdgllff) page and click "Add to Chrome". The extension is also visible from the Chrome Web Store [extension home page](https://chromewebstore.google.com/category/extensions) when you are signed in with your school Google account.

Click "Add extension".

A confirmation page will appear, indicating your Chrome PaperCut Printer is ready.

If the login page does not appear, click the Extensions icon in the top bar and then click "PaperCut Hive".

Printing

From the Chrome print dialog, click "See more..." in the "Destination" dropdown. Select the "PaperCut Printer" with the green PaperCut Hive icon next to it as the destination.

Expand "More settings" to view all printing options, including scale and one-sided/two-sided printing.

Click "Print". The job will be sent to your secure queue as usual.
