Print Release
Note that you cannot make changes to your print job via the touchscreen after it is sent to the printer. If you need to customize your print options, change them at your computer and re-send your print job. View "Setting Print Options" [here](https://scribehow.com/o/xGnvhBpHTbq1pFfbxj2JeQ/page/PaperCut_Hive_Guides__We16_2p8SBqiXgr3_ozoaw) for more details. Alternatively, you can release your print job via the [PaperCut Mobile App](https://hive.papercut.com/user/set-up-my-devices) (click "Get App" next to "Mobile and tablet"), which allows you to change most print options before printing.
2
From the Print Release screen, tap the arrow next to a print job to view additional information. Optionally, tap "Print" to print the job or the trash can to delete it. Tap "Close" to go back.
3
Tap the checkbox next to each job you wish to print, or tap "Select all". Tap "Print selected" to proceed or the trash can to delete the selected jobs.
In the spirit of sustainability, please use single-sided and color printing thoughtfully and reserve these options for documents where it really counts.
4
If one or more of the selected jobs was sent in color, you will be asked to confirm if they can be converted to black and white. If you have different needs for individual documents, please select and print them separately from the Print Release screen (tap the "X" button if you need to go back).
5
If one or more of the selected jobs was sent single-sided, you will be asked to confirm if they can be converted to double-sided. If you have different needs for individual documents, please select and print them separately from the Print Release screen (tap the "X" button if you need to go back).
Quick Scan
6
Tap the "Quick Scan" button on the left pane to open the scan menu.
7
Tap the desired option to begin scanning. You can send the scan to yourself via email or directly to your Google Drive.
8
Customize options as needed These options are the same for either Email or Google Drive scanning. Some helpful tips: The default resolution setting is suitable for most situations. The JPEG option creates an image file instead of a standard PDF document. "Prompt for more pages" is helpful if you are scanning with the platen glass scanner.
9
Tap "Scan next page" if you have more pages to scan, or "Finish and send" to finish.
10
A confirmation page will appear. If this is your first time scanning to Google Drive, you will [receive an email](https://scribehow.com/o/xGnvhBpHTbq1pFfbxj2JeQ/viewer/Authorize_PaperCut_Hive_to_Scan_to_Google_Drive__NbhIX-zQTraaLHL5545_og) asking you to authorize PaperCut Hive.
