This guide provides a step-by-step process for accessing and completing a survey request.

Unmio
Receive Survey Request

Tap on the Unmio app icon on your device.

The Unmio mobile app launches.

The app opens and loads.

Use the number keypad to enter PIN.

When done, tap the "Verify PIN" button.

The "Survey request" notification is displayed. It will disappear on its own.

Tap the "Alert" icon button to view the notification.

Tap on the notification card.

They survey is opened. Tap on the field to enter answer.

Enter answer.

When done, tap on the next field.

Scroll down to view other questions.
