Unmio - Create A Survey

This guide provides a straightforward, step-by-step process for creating and publishing surveys. It emphasizes the importance of preparing questions and groups beforehand, ensuring a smooth survey creation experience.

Unmio

Surveys are created as a four step process. These steps can be completed in one pass or progress can be saved and finished at a later time. 1. Title and description 2. Add questions 3. Add group/s 4. Review and publish Before beginning, make sure that the Questions that will be added and the groups it will be sent to have been created in Unmio. Click on "Hamburger" icon to expand Unmio side menu.

Click "Surveys"

Click "New survey"

The "New Survey" wizard opens.

Click in the "Title" text field.

Enter "Title" text.

Click on "See other languages" to review translation.

Review translation. Make changes as needed.

Click in the "Description" text field.

Enter "Description" text.

Click on "See other languages" to review translation.

Review translation. Make changes as needed.

At any step, progress can be saved by clicking the "Save and Exit" link button. A survey can be completed and published at a later time.

When finalized, click the "Next" button.

The app navigates to the next step; adding survey questions.

Scroll down to fit the "Selected questions" and "Add questions" sections on screen.

The "Selected questions" section lists the survey questions that have been added. In this example, it's a new survey so it doesn't have any questions yet.

The "Add questions" section list all the questions that are available to be added to a survey. **We will use this section to find and add questions to the survey**.

Use the filters to quickly narrow search for questions to add.

Enter filter text to narrow search.

To add a question, click on its "+ Add" link button.

The question is displayed in the "Selected questions" list.

Clicking the "X" icon will remove the question from the "Selected questions" list and return it to the "Add questions" list.

Add the next question.

The question is displayed in the "Selected questions" list.

Repeat the process until all questions have been added.

The "Questions" are displayed in the order they were added. Use the Up and Down arrows to reorder.

When done, scroll to the bottom and click "Next"

When the survey is finalized, click the "Publish now" button.

The survey is saved and the app navigates to the survey overview page.

Click "Back" to exit.

The app navigates to the Survey dashboard.

Congrats! You've created and published a survey.
