Create Multi-Select Question

Ideal for allowing users to choose multiple options from a list. Best used when more than one selection is appropriate. Requires at least two options.

From your home dashboard, click the hamburger menu here.

Click "Surveys"

Click on the "Questions" tab.

Click "New question"

Click on the "Question type" drop down.

The Question type drop down opens.

Select the "Multi Select" option.

The selected "Question type" option is displayed and a brief description is given.

Scroll down to enter question text.

Click in the "Question" text field.

Enter "Question" text.

Click on "See other languages" to review translation.

Review translation. Make changes as needed.

Click in the "Add answer" text field.

Enter "Add answer" text.

Click on "See other languages" to review translation.

Review translation. Make changes as needed.

When the answer is finalized, click the "Save answer" button.

The answer is displayed in the "Answers" list.

Click the "Add Answer" link button to add the next answer.

Click on the "Add answer" text field.

Enter "Add answer" text.

Click on "See other languages" to review translation.

Review translation. Make changes as needed.

When the answer is finalized, click the "Save answer" button.

The answer is displayed in the "Answers" list.

Repeat steps as needed until all answer have been added.

The "Answers" are displayed in the order they were added. Use Up and Down arrows to reorder.

Scrolling to the top of the page provides a preview of the question and answers.

When the question and answers are finalized, click the "Save" button.

The question is saved and the app navigates to the question overview page.

Click "Back" to exit.

The app navigates to the Survey Question dashboard.
