How to View Your Team's Leave Balances in Banner

Learn how to easily access your team's current leave accruals through the Lehigh University Banner Self Service employee portal. This guide provides a direct path to the dashboard to help you view your team's time-off records and manage your team's vacation use effectively.

Click "Employee Banner Self-Service Dashboard."

Click "My Team"

To view an individual team member's information, click "Leave Balances." (Note: if your direct report has direct reports, you will also see an option to view the leave balances of those individuals)

A new window will open, showing your team member's vacation, floating holiday and sick leave/excused absence balances. \*Leave usage is delayed by one pay period, but earned time is up to date as of the most recent pay processed.
