Please submit your information below to access the proceeding

Click Access Proceeding

Adjust your mic and camera to your needs and then select **Join**
We recommend all participants enable their mic and camera.

You'll be sent to the waiting room until the host admits you in.

If you are introducing exhibits, your permissions will change by the host.
Adjusting Divider

You can **adjust the divider** left or right The divider separates the virtual window and the exhibit window
Introducing Exhibits

When you are ready to introduce an exhibit, you can **drag that file** into the Marked Exhibits window and it will upload automatically.

Step 1, **Add Stamp**

The exhibit identification will automatically adjust as exhibits are being introduced. You can customize the stamp with the other options as well.

Once you are satisfied with the stamp...\ Step 2, **Introduce Exhibit**

The exhibit will automatically be uploaded into the **Marked Exhibits** window.

Another way to introduce an exhibit is by selecting the **Introduce** button.

You have the ability to **choose the file** or **drag and drop**

If you want to view that marked exhibit, just click on it.
Pop Out Exhibit Window

If you want more room to view the exhibit, you can **pop out** the exhibit window for **dual monitors** or **fullscreen**.

Drag that window to your desired location.

Select **pop in** if you want to go back to the side by side view.
Download, View, Clawback

Under the exhibit actions menu, you can **download** the exhibit, **view** the exhibit and **clawback** the exhibit within **1 hour** of introducing it

You can also download the **entire marked exhibits folder** as a zip.
