Adding a New Staff Member to Your Company Profile

Learn how to efficiently add and register a new staff member to your organization. This guide walks you through navigating the profile settings, inputting employee details, and finalizing the mandatory membership agreements.

User Authentication

Click "Sign In"

Account Navigation

Click "My Account"

Select the company under your name eg "TEST MEMBER COMPANY"

Staff Member Addition

Click "Add a staff member"

Enter the staff member's first and last name

Enter the staff member's email address

Click "Save"

Click "Close"

Staff Profile Updates

Select the newly added staff member e.g."Test Scriber"

Check the membership rules agreement box

Check the privacy policy agreement box

Select work location, e.g."Brisbane" from the work location dropdown

Click "Save"

Navigate to the "Job Role" tab

Enter the job title and select a job category

Click "Save"

Click the company name "TEST MEMBER COMPANY" to return to the company profile

Document Management

Navigate to the "Company Documents" tab

Enter a subject for the document

Enter the document date

Click "Select" to upload a file

Click "Save"
