Create and Launch a Localizer Campaign

This guide will walk you through the process of creating a new agency and user, setting up a new localizer campaign, and launching it. Learn how to configure campaign settings and view analysis reports.

Locafy

Navigate to [https://maps.locafy.com/campaign/](https://maps.locafy.com/campaign/)

Click "Agencies"

Click "New Agency"

Type in new clients business name.

Click "Add Agency"

Click "Users"

Click here.

Click Agency Dropdown and find agency name you just added above.

Click on your new agency

Click the "User Name" field.

Name your users like this "agencyname_admin"

Select the "Account Administrator" option.

Click the "Enter Email" field.\ \ email address is always \ "agencyname+partnersname@gmail.com"\ \ No emails are actually sent to this email. This is for account creation purposes only.

Enter universal password (recommended) \ \ Discuss this password with your team so everyone has access to the admin accounts.

Click "Add User" once completed.

Click "Logout"

Now login to the clients new account. \ \ Username and password are the ones you just created above.

Read "End User Agreement" and Accept

Click "Accept"

Click "Create New Campaign"

Enter your clients business name here. This is the exact same process that we use on the quick analysis.

Click on business once found

Click "Add New Client"

Enter clients name here

Click "Add Client"

Click "Select Client Name" that you just created

Select client

Campaign name should be clients business name ``` Enter your desired campaign name." field. ```

Ensure red pin is in correct position vs. Google Maps. Note this CANNOT be moved for at least 4-6 weeks, so make sure this is 100% correct before launch.

Click "Friday"

Click "Check" and ensure the address matches Google Business Profile

Finish adding your additional keywords by typing them in and pressing enter, one by one or select from pre-populated list on right.

Click "Submit for Analysis"

Confirm all information looks correct

Click "Submit"

Click "In Analysis (1)"

Ensure your campaign is in progress

After 10 minutes you can click on Analysis Completed

Click "View Report" to make sure your keywords match and everything looks good one final time.

Click "Start Campaign" when ready to launch.

Payment required to launch campaign. You will be re-directed to a checkout page (if applicable) to your business. Once completed, campaign is launched.
