This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to upload receipts for alternative format accommodations.

Please check resources such as **Bookshare**, **Learning Ally**, **HathiTrust Digital Library** as well as the FSU Libraries before purchasing your book!

On the navigational panel, under "**Accommodations**", select "**Alternative Formats**"

On your Alternative Format overview, select "**UPLOAD RECEIPTS**"

**Required**: Select "**Choose File**" to attach your proof of purchase

**Required**: Select the course(s) the proof of purchase is for from the "**Select Courses the receipt is for**"

Select "**UPLOAD RECEIPT**" to submit your receipt
