You have two options with the Zoom phone app:
1. Have work calls forwarded from your work number to your personal number. **This is NOT recommended**.
2. We recommend having your work number ring on your cell phone during work hours. To do this, leave "Forward Calls" off. Set your business hours in the web portal ([here's how](https://scribehow.com/shared/Set_up_Zoom_Phone__7FjPyFZ0SzadhTZxPOnOcA)) and your cell phone will ring whenever someone calls your work number.
1. The app will also allow you to place work calls from your cell phone using your work number.
