How to Close a Site

Log into your MyCOA Portal: <https://mycoa.social-current.org/MyCOALogin?startURL=%2F>

Click the Social Current Logo

Click this "Manage My Organization"

Click this "Manage Programs & Sites"

Scroll down, then on the site you want to close, click "VIEW"

Click "Edit"

Click the drop down by "Status"

Click "Closed"

Click the "\*On what date did your organization discontinue using this site?" field

Enter relevant date

Click drop down by "Closed Reason"

Select Relevant Reason

Click "Save"

Make sure any programs that only occurred at that site are assigned a new site. Do so by clicking the name of the relevant program

Click the check box of where the program now occurs

Click "Review & Submit"

Review and Click "Submit"
