Answering Attribute Questions - Attribute questions provide the ability to benchmark the IT service against best practice methods, approaches and processes. We have over 1150 questions across nearly 130 attributes of what good looks like in IT to test your capability against. These can be assigned as a whole group of questions or individual questions across specific members of your team to answer.
Uploading Catalogue Data - Catalogues are tables of predefined information that the system needs on which to understand your IT environment, the context of the technology, service or capability used. These can be specific sets of information that subject matter experts within IT use to perform their day to day roles. Individual fields of a catalogue or an enter catalogue can be assigned to someone for that information to be provided.
From within the platform there is a section that you as an Org Lead or Org Delegate can see the catalogues and questions assigned to you by others. Here you can quickly get into the system to access the right information to provide and either upload information, connect to systems to gather information or answer questions posed by the system.
