Turn on the computer and press the power button to boot. When turning on the computer for the first time, please connect the power adapter first, then the computer will turn on automatically. As the screen lights up, enter the boot setup interface.
When booting up for the first time, the system will enter the initialization process which may take some time. Please wait patiently until the country selection interface appears.
VERY IMPORTANT STEP Ensure that the ethernet cable is NOT CONNECTED.
VERY IMPORTANT STEP On the initial prompt please hold simultaneously on your keyboard the following keys to bring up the Command Prompt. (SHIFT – FN - F10) The command Prompt will automatically pop-up. If it does not happen within the first try, attempt only after 10-15 seconds proceeding with only the keys (SHIFT – F10).
VERY IMPORTANT STEP Once on the command prompt click on it to type. Type the following phrase exactly as demonstrated below (No spaces are required, must be exactly as shown highlighted):

The computer will restart, please wait patiently until the language selection interface appears. Give it approximately 3-5 minutes. If it does not restart immediately contact Virtual Sally Customer Support or Technical Support for assistance.
Select the correct country (region) and click [Yes].
Select an appropriate keyboard layout.
If there is no need for a second keyboard layout, please select [Skip].
Once on the internet selection page, DO NOT select Wi-Fi or ethernet connection. SCROLL DOWN.
Scroll all the way to the bottom and select “I don't have internet."
Then, click on, "Continue with Limited Setup."
Read the license agreement and click [Accept] to enter the system.
Enter a username and click [Next].
Virtual Sally
Choose to set a password based on your needs; if you don’t need a password, please directly click [Next].
No password needed
Choose privacy settings based on the actual needs. The page is long. You can scroll the mouse or click [Next] to scroll. When you complete the settings, please click [Yes].
If you would like register with HP for protection please enter the information requested and then click [NEXT].
When the above settings are completed, the system will continue to complete the final steps of initialization. During this period, please ensure sufficient power and do not shut down the computer (connecting to a power supply is recommended). The following interface appears, indicating the completion of initialization.
Once you are inside your computer on your windows page, you may proceed to connecting the device to preferably ethernet for a smooth Virtual Sally Application Install.
Proceed with Downloading Any Desk Application by visiting the Customer Portal Page on Virtualsally.com. Enter Credentials > Knowledge Base Tab > Then click – Install ANYDESK APP.
