Candidate Follow-up: What to Do After Sending an Inquiry?

  • TrustiiTrustii

You have sent an inquiry to a candidate, but what should you do next? We are here to guide you through the following steps.

If the candidate withdraws

If your candidate decides to withdraw, you just need to let the inquiry expire on its own. You will not be charged for an incomplete inquiry. This simplifies the process for you, and you can focus on other aspects of your recruitment.

The inquiry has been completed but the reports are not received

It may happen that the inquiry is completed, but you still have not received the expected reports. In this case, it is possible that one of our partners' services is experiencing a temporary outage. We understand that this can be frustrating, but do not worry. If you still have not received your report after 24 hours, feel free to contact us for more information and so that we can help you resolve the issue.
