The "My List" feature provides users with the ability to tailor their stamp search within the database. To learn how to effectively utilize the search and filtering options within "My List," kindly refer to our comprehensive guide titled "How to Search/Filter 'My List.'"
We understand there are times when you need to access information on a smaller screen like a phone – and we have designed all tables and pages to be used on these smaller screens as well. To learn how to use the table on a mobile device, please refer to our guide titled: "Using My List on Mobile."
To make filtering easier all tables default to a partial match. This means the database will find and deliver any combination of the information you type in the filter row. For example, a search in the Country column India will also deliver British Indian Ocean Territory because the combination of letters I-N-D-I-A is contained within this country name.
To help you narrow your results down by a specific Country Name, we have created the Exact Match Country Page. For more information on how to use this feature, please refer to our guide on How to Filter by Country Using Exact Match
If you are interested in stamps from a specific time period, you can use our "Date Range" feature to filter your search results.
This feature allows you to search for stamps issued within a specific date range, and before and after a specific date. For more information on how to use this feature, please refer to our guide on How to Filter by Date Range.
The Animals on Stamps Database utilizes Biological Taxonomy which allows you to effectively group and search for specific organisms of interest. For example, if you want to find wild cats, you can search for their family name instead of making multiple searches for lions, tigers etc.. For additional information kindly refer to this page.
We value your feedback and suggestions, and we are committed to improving our website based on your input. We strongly encourage all of our users to provide feedback or suggestions to the data. For more information on how to provide feedback and updates, please refer to our guide on How to Provide Feedback and Updates.
